We are seeking
• part-time GROUP piano teacher for beginning and early intermediate students age 5 and older
• must be friendly, formally trained in piano music, able to teach 2-3 students at once, and passionate about music education

• music degree is a bonus, but not required
• prior educational experience or any experience with children is a bonus, but not required; learn on the job

Hours/Schedule
• starting hours: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons

Lesson types:
• semiprivate: two students, 30 minutes (sometimes 15 minutes/person)
• group: three students, 30 minutes (sometimes 10 minutes/person)

• in person and virtual, depending on circumstances

Curriculum
• mainly Alfred series
• other repertoire accepted if beneficial to students’ progress
• music theory
• technical exercises
• ear training
• annual video performances
